2015 Consequences Archive

In 2015, there were 1,069 arrests for operating under the influence (OUI) of alcohol in Kent County.  The rate of arrests for African American males (58.1 per 10,000) was nearly twice the rate of Caucasian males (29.4 per 10,000).  Similarly, the rate of arrests for African American females was nearly twice the rate for Caucasian females.
