Youth use of alcohol and binge drinking is reduced, and the average age of first incidence of alcohol use is increased.

Adult Heavy Drinking

Decrease in chronic heavy alcohol consumption among adults (over 21) in Kent County.

Youth Marijuana Use

Youth use of marijuana reduced and age of first use increased. Decrease in annual marijuana use, a decrease in 30-day use among Kent County youth (12-20) and a reduction in consequences related to use, including school failure, drop out and addiction.
