10.4% of high school students indicated they had ridden in a vehicle driven by someone who had been drinking in the past month. Females (10.9%) were slightly more likely than males (10.0%) to have ridden in a vehicle driven by someone who had been drinking.
1.0% of high school students indicated that they had driven a car or other vehicle when they had been drinking. Males (1.1%) were more likely than females (0.9%) to report driving a vehicle when they had been drinking.
