Juvenile Liquor Violation Arrests in Kent County

The number of arrests for liquor violations decreased for all combined racial/ethnic groups from 2009 to 2012 with an increase in numbers of arrests from 2012 to 2013. Arrests of African American juveniles increased from 2009-2012 with a slight decrease in arrests from 2012 to 2013.

Juvenile (aged 10-17 years) Arrest Rates for Liquor Violations in Kent County

The arrest rates for all other juveniles decreased from 2009 to 2012 with an increase from 2012 to 2013. Arrest rates for African American juveniles has increased from 2009 to 2012 with a decrease from 2012 to 2013. The rates for African American juveniles and all other juveniles were the same in 2013, 2.7 per 1000 juveniles.
