Peer Disapproval of Marijuana Use – High School
Greater than 6 in 10 high school youth in Kent County report that their friends feel smoking marijuana is wrong or very wrong. Females are slightly more likely than males to report that their friends view marijuana use unfavorably. These data also suggest that Caucasian students are more likely to report that their friends disapprove of marijuana use than other races/ethnicities.
